This is the very heart of Paris! This famous street in-between rue Buci and St. Michel is just bustling with activity, pedestrian
cobblestone walk-way, farmer’s market 7 days per week, flowers stands, the Seine river, and of course Notre Dame is just minutes away!
This large duplex 40
m2 Loft (430 sq. ft.) has been careful renovated (April
'06) by
 the owner, who has taken great pains to outfit it with loving care! It features separate sleeping areas on the
two floors (inner staircase) for up to 4 people and 1˝ bathrooms (the shower with WC is upstairs, and there is another WC downstairs, with
a washbasin). The two areas are quite independent and feature two TVs,
one on each floor, for separate viewing.
The apartment is on the last floor with elevator and the restoration has kept the old wooden beams inside, which add so much character to the apartment.
The flat looks on the street below and a Parisian roof-scape.
The sleeping arrangements are: upstairs a queen size bed (160 cm
wide) bed for two, and the downstairs area has a large very comfortable double size sofa-sleeper that pulls out easily for
two people.
The kitchen has been completely equipped with everything you need, including stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and ample counter space. There is also a washing machine.
You will love this friendly neighborhood, smack in the middle of the heart of Paris with so much to offer! Transportation is just minutes away also with Odeon metro stop or St. Michel as
well.

Everything was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a
better apartment. I was the first person to stay in this apartment
after its remodel and rented sight unseen. The location was wonderful
and the ambience was great! I hope to use your agency in the
coming year and hope when I'm am ready the apartment will be available

We were thrilled with this charming, beautifully decorated apartment.
The owner went to great lengths to provide us with a comfortable, yet
elegant, "home away from home". No detail was overlooked. The location
was perfect. Right outside our door, a cobblestone walkway offered a
wide selection of small shops and restaurants. We loved exploring the
surrounding neighborhood, and felt safe both late at night and in the
early morning. With the Metro station just steps away, we were able to
quickly reach the many cultural and historical attractions that Paris
had to offer. The apartment welcomed us home each evening after a busy
day of savoring the city. Future guests are sure to fall in love with
both Paris and this fantastic apartment. I certainly did.
I would also like to thank your company for outstanding service. You
worked closely with me to choose the perfect apartment. Your
communication throughout the process was friendly and you kept me very
well-informed. Receiving the keys to the apartment was a huge
advantage that your company provided. I previously rented an apartment
in Italy through another US-based company and found your services to
be far superior.
