Large one bedroom apartment (40 m² or 415 sq feet) in the 15^th district, not far from the Eiffel tower (just about a 15 minute stroll) and near the rue du Commerce- a great shopping area. This is a true residential area, surrounded by lots of shops and conveniences like bakeries, restaurants and close to transport as well.

The nearest metro stop is only 5 minutes away, Vaugirard on line 12, which takes you directly to the famed St Germain area (rue du Bac) and central Concorde/Tuileries Gardens as well. 

This is a large comfortable apartment with a large bed in the bedroom and a double sofa sleeper, plus an individual folding bed (cot style) for sleeping up to 5 adults. The kitchen is separate and large, with lots of conveniences. The apt does not face out to the street, so it is quiet, being on the courtyard. Large windows allow lots of light into the place. 

The owner has provided lots of items such as a large TV with cable service, there is a small ceramic fireplace (working and useable!), plus good size dining table and plenty of closet space.

The large bathroom has both a tub and shower combo and is decorated with marble. While certainly clean and tidy, this apt has some “well-worn areas” that give that ‘old world charm’… it is not new or modern. We think it is a comfortable apartment, but it is not ‘fancy’. 

You have a small park (Square St. Lambert) only a couple of minutes away, and the street is close to the district’s City Hall.
