The 65 m² (close to 700 sq ft) provides ample space for all, and the terrace extends this livable area even more! 

The outside terrace has a few chairs and room to lounge and relax in fine weather, and you will not want to miss the incredible view of surrounding rooftops,,, all the irregular-shaped tin and lead covered gray rooftops jot the skyline with a complete full-circle view out over the neighborhood. You can even sight some major monuments. The inside solarium has a glass ceiling, huge windows and provides a peaceful sitting area amidst the plants and flowers. These two features make this a special apartment indeed! 

The kitchen is newly renovated (2005), with ample counter space and features all basics plus special amenities ( see below)...It is a large American style ' open' kitchen allowing you to cook / prepare meals while conversing with others in the living room. 

This is quite a "colorful" neighborhood, with non-stop activities of merchants, shops, stores, etc going on into the late hours, but since your apartment is located off the busy street in a quiet area, you are assured of a good night's rest and relaxation. The entrance to the building itself will amaze you, as you wind through the halls and see garment workers busy with their labors. All the more reason to appreciate your peaceful surroundings inside! You will be just a couple blocks away from the famed Montorgueil pedestrian shopping area, full of bakeries, restaurants and specialty shops. The Marais and Les Halles area are very close by also, so you can stroll these chic and mixed neighborhoods as well.
