Just a two minute walk from Métro station ‘Pont De Neuilly’ on line Métro line #1 which goes directly down the Champs Elysées and you can be at the Louvre Museum within 13 minutes. Just a 10 minute walk from the apartment you will find the largest park in Paris - the Bois de Boulogne. Here is a 2,137 acre park that offers a large expanse of greenery and attractions including a children's amusement park, bike rental, boating on the lake and horse riding. The apartment is just a short walk to the river Seine and La Defense. You'll find stores for groceries and several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood.

With original oak floorboards, marble fireplaces and original windows this charming apartment has plenty of natural light from the four large windows looking out over a small garden in front.

The apartment owners originally renovated the apartment in 2005 to make it a rental flat. In 2011 additional work included a complete interior renovation, new tile floors in the kitchen and lavatory, a new ventilation system, new electrical wiring and lighting and features new furniture, appliances and cozy décor.

The main bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, a second bedroom with two beds (single & antique high comfort double) and large antique wardrobe.
